Man hospitalized after vehicle rollover on Six Nations

Charges are pending after Six Nations police, fire and emergency medical services turned out to a single-vehicle collision on Cayuga Road on Sunday.

Police said witnesses reported a single-vehicle rollover just south of 5th Line Road at about 2:35 p.m. on May 5.

When police arrived, they found a man trapped inside the vehicle.

Fire and EMS assisted and the Jaws of Life were used to extract the man.

Air Ornge was called due to the extent of the man’s injuries and he was taken to hospital where he was treated for what turned out to be non-life-threatening and non-life altering injuries.

Police continue to investigate the crash and said charges are pending, but they are asking anyone who might have witnessed the collision to contact them at 519-445-2811.
