The AIDS Committee of London (ACOL) is excited to launch a new public awareness campaign in St. Thomas. This is the first time the agency has chosen billboards as the vehicle for its message. Canadians looking to travel to Cuba might think twice about driving a car in the said country. This is after Cody LeCompte, of Norfolk County was detained in Cuba since April 29 this year. He was detained not because of some serious crimes he has committed but because of a vehicular accident. Cody was the one driving the rental vehicle when it collided with a truck on a pockmarked road in rural Camaguey.
