the Journey to the dramatic production "Walk to the Cross" has begun!

The Journey has begun for m & s Marshall Production’s next feature dramatic production “Walk to the Cross” which is written, produced and directed by Matthew Marshall “Walk to the Cross” which is a two act Christian drama, set in the present that follows the themes of the Good Friday story. The plot of the story is about a female doctor named Christine Johnson (played by Marcia de Deckere), who encounters a group of wayward teenagers / young adults and begins to mentor them, about right and wrong, faith and religion, becoming friends with the group along the way. As the friendship between the doctor and the group grows, the doctor helps them to face their troubles and leads them to Christ. The doctor begins to be referred to as a “Christ like” person causing a stir with the local law and order.

Shows will take place at Knox Presbyterian Church in St. Thomas on Saturday March 6th . With One show in the Afternoon at 1:30pm and one show in the evening at 7:30pm. St. John’s Presbyterian Church, Port Stanley has two shows happening. One on Friday March 26th @ 8pm and then Saturday March 27th @ 8pm. St. Lawrence Presbyterian Church, London will be hosting a Good Friday presentation of the production. Other show locations are still in the works.

The assemble cast of “Walk to the Cross” include Marcia de Deckere, Rebecca Green, Marissa MacGillivary, Alan Legg, Jessica Goodall, Heidi Shaw, Shane Gorman, Matthew Shaw, Tom Jeffery, Bryce Jones, Holly Reid, Natysha Rieger, Jess Caissie, Michelle Finley, Gary Bodkin, and Michelle Sharpe. The Stage Manager of the production is Raechal Ewing and Props and Wardrobe co-ordinator is Brittany Ewing.
